Hello I am a sales manager at (A Major Hotel) in Las Vegas. I was introduced to your site several months ago and I am HOOKED. It's like a soap opera I love it

Keep up your wonderful portal. I have been a fan for at least 3 years....probably since your first issue and you, personally, are an inspiration. Thanks for making travel easy and enjoyable and sharing your love of life with us all.
Somehow whatever prompted you to start your news letter has infected the rest of us who read or hear about it. I think we all enjoy the humanness of your stories and your love for your family. Especially after 9/11 we all need to connect with what ultimately means the most – our family
Geoffrey, San Diego
I have been telling everyone about your newsletter and website – I feel like I’m part of your family and going along on your trip. Each of your trips is special and so much fun to see where you’re going next. Since I love New York and the East Coast, I’m glad you make frequent trips there. NY is such a great city. Thanks again
Hi. Just wanted to let you know I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR WEBSITE I don't
recall how I was referred to johnnyjet.com but the end result has
simplified my search for travel-related topics. A wholehearted thanks.
A grateful user, L. Leong
Dear Johnny, Thank you for posting your tribute to your mother on this site. Travel bargains are truly grand, but...... living a life like your mother did...... touching the lives of others the way she did..... handling adversity like she did are the things that really worthwhile dreams are made of. I was very touched by your families remarks and I was impressed as well. It is an uncommonly thoughtful thing that you have done and one presumes that much of what you do is uncommon. I'll be a dyed in the wool Johnny Jet fan from now 'til forever.
A cancer survivor
Johnny........love your site. It's fun and fantastic.
Your site is still the best. I use it every day. Keep up the good work.
All the best, Jayme
I'm turning on my 2 dozen traveling (consultant) colleagues on to your great site
As a frequent flyer and travel hound, I just heard about johnnyjet.com from
a friend tonight. I am overwhelmed and impressed I do public relations for
a living and promise to use my PR skills to tell everyone I know about your
incredible site. Congratulations
Your new fan, Samantha
I so live vicariously through you Gotta admit.....a little jealous of the Alaska excursion....(something I've always wanted to do). Love reading about it

JohnnyJet.com is FANTASTIC I recommend that every Concierge use it as their home page. It is a wealth of information, links, and numbers for travelers, etc. You really have to experience it to understand the amount of information available at your fingertips. Airline 800#'s, $ exchange rates, time zone conversions, weather, ground transportation and so much MORE. The weekly newsletter is the best one I have ever subscribed to. It has a very hometown feeling. Hope your holiday is special, take care.......and Enjoy
I recently discovered your site as a link from Airlinefood.com and absolutely love it. You have links to everything a person could need when traveling. Very concise and detailed. I put you on my travel/favorite list already. Keep up the good work. An admirer.
Hey Johnny: The last time I wrote to congratulate you on your great website was 3 weeks ago from an Internet Cafe across from Victoria Station in London. Today it's from another Internet Cafe, this time in Sydney, Australia on a hot, sunny summer day "Down Under" I must say that it's much more pleasant here "weather-wise" than it was in the UK in late November My 15 year old daughter is at an adjacent computer looking up bands at MTV.com... I'm checking http://www.johnnyjet.com to keep up on the latest air related news. You absolutely have the best website for a frequent traveler to check out all they need to know that's conveniently linked up in one place. Also, your newsletter is a great piece of folksy writing. Keep up the fine work... As they say here, "No worries, Mate"
Phil from So. California
I'm proud to inform you that johnnyjet.com has been selected to be on our law firms reference manual so secretaries can assist their attorneys. This is a guidebook that will be distributed firm-wide (they have several offices all over the world), and will be used to arrange anything from local meetings, luncheons, and dinners, to travel arrangements, hotels, you name it. We have found your website to be very useful in the past, and that our firm will benefit with johnnyjet.com being a part of this resource. Happy Holidays
I just finished looking through your 12/11 issues, and as always, found it insightful and entertaining. I was struck however, by your seeming consistent inclusion of your family in your life. If you'll pardon and understand my unsolicited personal observation, I've noticed how you seem to always be traveling either with family members, or to see family members. I just wanted to let you know that I for one applaud such close ties and respect and admire you for your apparent . commitment That's such a good thing, and is sometimes lacking in our culture. You should be proud. Keep up the good work. Thanks, man.
Dear Johnny, I love your newsletters I've been to the Big Island and the King Kamehaeha hotel and London many times and you get all the details right every time.
A big fan of yours, Brian
Johnny, Just a note to tell you what a great site you have created. I found your site on the Frequent Flyer Site by accident and what a treasure and great resource it is. I'm a Corporate travel agent and use a lot of different links but having the major ground transportation and Airport websites in one place is so great. Great section about your Mom very moving.
Regards, Andrea D'Amico Navigant International
JJ - I really enjoy your newsletter. Sometimes the world seems to be made up of crack-pots and crooks, and you are just so darned healthy and positive. The entry about your Mom was wonderful. I particularly enjoy the photos - which reminds me - what class were you guys flying in the photo of your flight to London? Looked comfy.
Thanks again - DC Seattle
Dear Johnny. I am in Australia and love to read your travel tips as we visit the USA often. We are going to try and work our trip next time to get Bumped several times from LAX and SFO. Then we can fly all over for free
I absolutely adore your newsletter and look forward to its arrival in my email Thanks for a great job.
I liked you from the instant I read that "...the most important thing is to be genuinely friendly (to airline employees)..." As a flight attendant, I can say that people like you are so rare. Little does the general public know that we would just about crawl through broken glass to serve someone who is simply nice and appreciative of the work we do. Then I ended up weeping for your Mom. What a beautiful tribute. And what a beautiful family, both inside and out.
I can't believe you got to meet the Sopranos How awesome is that???... Keep up the great website :-) Linda
I just wanted to tell you all how much I love you. Your Great. Im speechless
Your Mom: What a fabulous person she must have been What a beautiful tribute by you and your family. My wife is going through a lot now and I found some comfort in many of your words. Thank you. Michael L. Roberts
Hey Johnny: After reading your newsletter for a couple years now, I seem to feel that I know a lot about you. You write such "down-to-earth" & family oriented stories. I was really impressed 2 years ago with the tribute to your mom. It's now another area that I can identify with - losing a mom to cancer. Keep up your great work & take care of your dad. He sounds like quite a character Donna
Johnny, It takes quite a bit to impress this Texas Lady.. but I am moved to write you.. after somehow finding your website from a banner on some other site in this large cyber matrix the world searches on.. Your site is a wealth of valid, great content & I admire what you have done.. but what moved me the most & what I am most impressed with is the tribute to 'MyMom' I read it.. & have sent it to our webmasters.. I'm in tears still after reading it. It's beautiful.. you were all very blessed with such a fine, loving mother. She did a wonderful/excellent/perfect job in raising her children.. it is so apparent in the word you all write about your mother. May God continue to bless your family and heal any and all pain from the loss of your wonderful mother. Best of success to you with Johnny Jet Sincerely: ms Wanda
What a wonderful surprise was waiting in my e-mail box this morning. Your newsletter is back Haven't received it for months and REALLY missed it Welcome back.
I'm strangely hooked on your stories Lucky Amber Airplane gets breakfast in Kona at the drop of a hat while I slave away at this desk... Luke, Australia
I really like getting your letters. I marvel at how well you write. I just wish I had that talent. Inez
Well, let me tell you I am impressed with the Johnny Jet sit e I'll add links in my aviation directory with this weekend's update. I think I'll also show you as a "featured site" on the home page for a week. Eric
Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your weekly emails. I've found myself looking forward to the next one just to see all the great places you guys have visited. Drop me a line if you're ever in Dallas as my wife (who is from L.A.) and I would love to show you the sights. - Aaron Dallas, TX
I do enjoy reading your travelogues. You sure do get around a lot And I envy you your time in MCO, one of my favorite places to recreate for a few days David
I just heard you on CFRB in Toronto and went to your website. WOW ~ Lewie
LOVE your newsletter Saves me SO MUCH time each week as I stay on top of airline issues. Cheers Devin Marks
You were kind enough to suggest my husband and I's honeymoon spot (Hayman Island, Australia) and I couldn't have asked for a more spectacular place...which is why I thought I'd ask you if you could suggest a place to go for our one year anniversary in September. We want to go somewhere for a long weekend and know there are a ton of great deals out there. Any ideas? Thank you
Very cool trip to Alaska. You've made me want to go. Dan
Love reading the newsletter Almost every time I wear my Johnny Jet T-shirt a couple of folks come tell me how they enjoy your site

Comprehensive Travel Web Site
Ever wish there were one site that listed every possible link to other travel-related
Web sites? JohnnyJet's Travel News and Tips (www.johnnyjet.com) does just
that, and more. The site has links to practically everything you need to
know that's travel related. From general sites for airlines, trains, cruises
and booking sites to maps and ground transportation, to practical information
for pet, student, and senior travel, to the quirkier sites, such as places
to buy beer or gas and a language translator. Everything is divided into
categories, and this makes maneuvering very easy. The only problem is that
since there are so many categories to choose from, it might take a while
to find the category of your choice.
This travel page is just awesome.. A one stop page for All transportation
and lodging links. I am speechless on this one.
Thanks for all of your help - we really enjoy your newsletter and have saved
money from your travel tips.

For travel news junkies, there's no better stop on the 'net than JohnnyJet.
I use it all the time ."

For all the traveling I do, no matter where in the world, I know I can look
forward to some levity and practicality from you. It's great of you to include
your readers in your personal trips and your daily travels. In a world where
email, cell phones, pagers, faxes, can infringe on our social well being,
your newsletter gives me a refreshing break from all that I do -because
air travel has always been a hobby - and you remind me that we just have
to create and look for the fun in it. I have logged just on 109,000 miles
as of last night this year, of which only 20,000 was for a personal redemption
on a trip SAN/ATL/JNB. So I know what it's like to be in and out of planes
and airports. I really appreciate seeing that you understand the challenges
of business travel - it really is not as glamorous as non business folk
think, but like you, I still enjoy the thrill of airplanes, and meeting
the many people who make the trips great. Your newsletter tips from yourself
and other contributors really do make my travel weeks easier. I have been
recommended johnnyjet to many of my travel colleagues and other airline
fanatics like myself. Thanks again and keep up the good - no great - work

There isn't any travel information at this site, but it has, without a doubt,
the most comprehensive collection of travel related links on the web. If
you want travel information, this is THE place to start. You could spend
months checking out all the links at this site ."
Hi Johnny I love your newsletter. I am totally envious of your lifestyle.
I work in a cube at American Express. When I have a little down time at
work all I do is surf the net and look at travel sites. Your is my favorite
I LOVE JOHNNY JET, THE BEST TRAVEL DIRECTORY ON THE WEB.... BY FAR
C. ~ Monk.com
This is a great site...as a CSR (Customer Service Representative) on American
Airlines Executive Platinum desk..I will be recommending it to my passengers.
I stumbled upon this site a day ago when I was checking a fare thru airline
toll free web sites/numbers. I am a former travel agent (leaving the industry
in 1992 after 14 yrs.) This is awesome I just wish I had had access to
something like this then. I probably wouldn't have quit. I am passing this
on to a travel agent friend of mine. I know she'll love it Thanks....
This site is a treasure of all things related to travel, including a chat
line for flight attendants.

Portals on the Net."

Wow What a great, nicely designed directory that can put the web's too
many travel resources at your fingertips. Johnny and his anonymous travel
experts also man bulletin boards and Q&As to answer queries.
Thank you and congratulations on your Website Since I'm a fan a traveling,
I find it very resourceful and of course all it does it makes me daydream
about traveling somewhere
I'd like to say this is the very best "travel" site on the web. I work for
United Airlines and this is just the greatest consolidated place for information.

I like your website...it's got a lot of useful information
Lee ~ Pro Tennis Player
I mentioned your site at a recent industry conference in Dallas. It seemed
to generate much interest among the travel executives that I sopke to. You
should see an increase in volume. I recommended your site because it is
a one-stop shopping center for busy travel executives who would otherwise
have to spend great amounts of time navigating the web for the wide breadth
of information your site contains. As long as the content and quality stay
the same, I will continue to direct people to Johnnyjet.com
V.J. Dicostanzo ~ N.Y.C.
Congratulations You have the 'BEST WEBSITE' on the Internet.... Everything
is so concise and such a huge variety of links. I spent over two hours surfing
your site yesterday I love it and can't wait to visit it again... Thanks
for your ingenuity and creativity
"Virginia" P.S. I heard about Johnny Jet.com in a recent article
in USA Today.
"I used to think Garth Brooks had a lot of hits. But, he ain't got nothin
on Johnny Jet"
"Johnny Jet has become a required stop whenever I make travel plans. On
a recent trip to Honolulu I saved over 40% on my rental car just by going
a few 'clicks' to the Hertz site. Thanks Johnny Jet for site that's full
of great information and easy to use"
Marc D. Meredith ~ CA
"John helped me get over my fear of flying. I was 40 years old and had never
flown. John was a friend of my oldest son and he was at our home quite often.
He was very soothing and reassuring and was able to talk me into taking
a flight. Although I am still nervous I think of John every time I board
a plane and it's not as difficult anymore"

If any one is considering traveling and you need to find the best rates
for hotels domestically or internationally, then I strongly recommend that
you check out johnnyjet.com. I have to admit when I first went into the
site I wasn't expecting positive results, but low and behold I got rates
from several hotels in Boston that I would have never have gotten if I called
the hotel directly. Even the rates from some of the other sites I went to
before johnnyjet.com where higher than what I wanted to pay. The normal
rate for the hotel I stayed at was between $150 to $250 per night, my rate
was $89 the first night and $99 the second night. You can't beat that in
a city like Boston. I've even recommended it to my company, especially when
unexpected travel arrangements have to be made, otherwise you can get slammed
by some these hotel's. I'm such a believer in johnnyjet.com that I'm using
the site again for my trip to Washington D.C. in February. I even told my
buddies who are traveling down there with me from other cities to check
out the site to make their arrangements as well. Check it out

I really like your portal and I read the news letter as soon as it arrives
in my mail box. The new portal is a great starting point for making travel
plans. It links to all of the major airlines and car rental agencies. It
is easy to find hotels if you use the resources on the site. I use the frequent
flyer section to help manage my airline miles. I recommend the site to all
of my friends that travel. Keep up the good work.

Just wanted to drop you a note regarding Johnny Jets Travel News; First
off THANKS for compiling all of this important information into such a quick,
fun and easy to read format. There is no way that I'd have the time
to read all the different airline/hotel web pages myself - your travel news
compilation gives me all the info I need in one quick and easy email. Just
last month I read about United Airlines change in their miles expiration
dates in your travel news, and I called immediately and was able to save
45,000 miles that would have expired at the end of the year. How awesome
I saved a full round trip ticket on United I look forward to your weekly
travel updates. Keep up the great work
Terri H. - Honolulu,
I'm more impressed with you now, than I was previously You've done a great
job with the site....it's awesome The links are great and it's a fun and
easy site to navigate around. But wait there's more.........................I
love, let me repeat- I LOVE United SkyGirl. It just so happens that I am
looking for a wife and a mother for my daughter and my house has plenty
of room for a beauty like her. Please forward her my resume. HA
