NEW WEB SITE TECHNOLOGY ENHANCES AEROMEXICO’S

FARESAVERS PROGRAM

Automatic Faresavers Booking Now Available Online

HOUSTON – April 2, 2003 – Passengers of AeroMexico, Mexico’s largest airline, are now able to make travel arrangements online with the airline’s technology-enhanced Faresavers program.

With the addition of a feature on the airline’s home page (www.aeromexico.com), AeroMexico passengers can click on a section of the Web site that offers instant rock bottom deals. Travelers can register to receive the best fares to Mexico every Thursday when a new page with weekly savings is loaded onto the site.  Once a visitor to the site decides to purchase a faresaver special, they can automatically book their ticket via the Internet. Unlike most airlines, AeroMexico’s Faresavers program offers passengers a longer booking and travel time frame to take advantage of these special offers. All Faresavers will be issued as electronic tickets.

“We are pleased to provide our passengers with an easier, more convenient way to take advantage of our best fares as more and more people turn to the Internet as a resource for information and travel planning,” said Rolf Hoehn, vice president, U.S. Division, AeroMexico.

Travelers interested in receiving weekly faresavers specials can receive them via e-mail by subscribing to Club Premier, AeroMexico’s frequent flyer program, which today has more than one million members. Passengers who join Club Premier will receive an initial 4,000 bonus miles, and will be able to enjoy privileges and specials designed for members, including the Faresavers newsletter, which is also available weekly to members via e-mail. Club Premier members can accrue mileage by using the Faresavers program.
