Greetings From Phoenix! I arrived into L.A. this morning around
6 am from Honolulu, took a power nap, and flew here for some appointments.
Tips from my travels: I have a couple of great restaurants for you to visit
in Honolulu that are not too touristy: 3660 On The Rise & Willows
(local food, buffet style). They are both great and only about 10 min from
Waikiki, and only about 5% of their clientele are tourist. Another good
restaurant: If you like seafood and are hungry check out Todai's all you
can eat seafood buffet ($24.00) close to Ala Moana hotel).

To prevent dehydration, drink one eight-ounce glass of water or juice
for every hour you are in flight. Alcohol, caffeine, and some nasal decongestants
can magnify dehydration. Contact lens wearers should carry extra saline
solution-or better yet, wear glasses on the plane.

Changing sizes: United will
replace its United Express feeder lines June 8 between Denver and: Boise;
Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Memphis; and Wichita, when it puts large jets on the
routes. United Express carriers will take over June 8 from United on five
other routes: Denver-Sioux Falls, S.D.; San Francisco-Monterey, Calif.;
and between Chicago O'Hare and Birmingham, Ala., Louisville and Madison,
Wis. Except for San Francisco-Monterey, these routes will be served by
regional jets.

daily non-stops May 4 between Denver and Toronto.
